Guests arriving at dusk beneath palm trees and glowing paper lanterns by the sea

Our Celebration

Three relaxed days in Bali with a carefully selected group of people.
  1. 01The Idea

We wanted this to feel like more than a single day. Mostly because flying 12,000 kilometres for one dinner would be ridiculous.

So instead: a reason to step away from everyday life, travel somewhere extraordinary and spend real time together. Give us three days—and give yourself permission to slow down, explore, and enjoy Bali however you like.

For us, the adventure continues as our honeymoon. Combining the two seemed efficient—very Norwegian of us. For you, we hope it becomes a proper escape of your own.

  2. 02The Rhythm

Friday is for arriving, settling in and beginning gently. Jet lag is part of the experience.

Saturday brings the symbolic ceremony and the main celebration—the moment all of this has apparently been building towards.

Sunday is for slowing down, meeting again, and recovering gracefully by the pool. Or ungracefully. Nobody will be taking notes.

  3. 03The Ceremony

Our symbolic ceremony takes place around sunset on Saturday 17 July 2027.

The setting, timing and practical details are still taking shape. We’ll share everything once we know what we’re doing—which, statistically, should happen at some point.

  4. 04The Feeling

    Warm, personal and comfortably informal.

A celebration where people can be themselves, enjoy the moment, and wear something they can breathe in. Nobody needs a tie to prove they made an effort. The flight was the effort.

Why Bali

Bali can be whatever you need it to be.

Ten days can mean doing almost nothing, seeing almost everything, or changing the plan every morning—all three are correct. There are rice terraces, quiet beaches, temples, food good enough that even we approve, and completely different corners of the island to discover.

Come for three days or turn it into a proper holiday. That part is entirely up to you—which is conveniently one less decision for us.

Friday to Sunday, day by day.
